Dr. Sidra Qadri, OD, grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended the University of Houston, where she double-majored in Psychology and Biology with a minor in Health Sciences. During her undergraduate studies, she served as President of the Pre-Optometry Organization and was a campus ambassador for Princeton Review. She further solidified her path in optometry by participating in a competitive summer research program at the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Dr. Qadri earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. Her externship training included ocular disease management at Community Eye Care Clinic in Fort Worth, primary care and ocular disease at the VA Hospital in Peoria, Illinois, and refractive surgery co-management in San Antonio. While in school, she received the 2016 Faculty Clinical Award, recognizing her excellence during clinical rotations.
