Dr. Paul J. Dougherty, Medical Director of DLV Vision, is a leading vision correction surgeon and UCLA instructor with over 40,000 procedures and early FDA trial experience.
Dr. Houman Vosoghi is a glaucoma specialist and ophthalmologist, UCLA summa cum laude grad, AOA honoree, and trusted expert often sought for second opinions and speaking engagements.
Dr. Asha Balakrishnan, a board-certified cataract, refractive, and cornea surgeon, has 10+ years’ experience and was named a 2023 Top Doctor and 2022 Vision Care Specialist of the Year.
Dr. Joseph Chen is a Board Certified glaucoma expert and specializes in cataract and glaucoma surgery. He trained at Stanford, Baylor College of Medicine, and the Moran Eye Center.
Dr. Xiaolin Zhang, a Board Certified ophthalmologist and dry eye specialist, performs cataract, corneal, and refractive surgery, with fellowship training in anterior segment disorders.
Dr. Enghelberg, a Board-Certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist, treats retinal diseases and teaches future ophthalmologists. He trained at Touro College and Larkin Hospital.
Founded in 1970, Spencer Eye Center has served Oxnard and Camarillo with excellence. Dr. Greg Spencer joined in 1994, continuing a legacy that includes a state-of-the-art surgery center.
Dr. Nicolas Biro, a board-certified ophthalmologist fellowship-trained in oculoplastics, provides expert eyelid surgery and injectables with advanced techniques and care at DLV Vision.
Dr. Alique Boulgourjian, a board-certified optometrist and UCLA grad, provides personalized eye care with expertise in ocular disease, surgery co-management, dry eye, and vision therapy.
Dr. Anh Le, Clinical Director and UCLA alum, earned his Doctorate in Optometry from Salus University and has diverse training in ocular disease, primary eye care, and pediatric optometry.
Dr. Sidra Qadri, a University of Houston grad, earned her optometry degree in San Antonio and trained in ocular disease, primary care, and refractive surgery across Texas and Illinois.
