Meet Dr. Joseph Chen, M.D.
Dr. Joseph Chen, M.D. is a board-certified Glaucoma Specialist who brings extensive expertise in both cataract and glaucoma care to DLV Vision. He graduated from Stanford University in 2004 and earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas—one of the top 10 medical schools in the country. He remained at Baylor to complete his Ophthalmology residency and then advanced his training through a glaucoma fellowship at the renowned Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, where he studied under the late Dr. Alan Crandall, a globally respected glaucoma and cataract surgeon.
Since 2014, Dr. Chen has been serving the Ventura County community and is excited to bring his experience and patient-first approach to the DLV Vision team.
