Renata Stone is the Chief Marketing Officer at Unifeye Vision Partners, with a strong academic foundation in Marketing and Business Administration. A dynamic leader, she played a pivotal role in expanding DLV Vision and launching ADV Vision, earning the company recognition as a top workplace. Renata is a respected voice in the field as one of six National Alcon Global Advisory Board Members, a published author, and a competitive triathlete. When not leading or racing, she enjoys reading on international adventures around the globe.

Ron Zepeda serves as the Director of Outreach at DLV & ADV Vision, where he has spent over eight years cultivating and managing a robust referral network of nearly 300 Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. Under his leadership, the organization has experienced consistent year-over-year referral growth of approximately 20%. With a strong background in both pharmaceuticals and medical devices from his 12-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Ron brings a passion for eye care and a strategic vision for expansion, optimization, and team development across markets.

Ara Alepoghelian is the Director of IT at DLV Vision, where he has been driving technology initiatives since 2018. He focuses on enhancing the intranet system, implementing automation to boost staff efficiency, and maintaining all hardware and systems. His goal is to streamline operations by digitizing and automating core processes across the organization.
