Dr. Abrams was excellent. I’d give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the longest voice menu I have ever had to sit thru. EVER! I timed it. It was over 2 minutes! Not fun if you’re in a time crunch, or used to much shorter waits to talk with a person, or need to make repeated calls to them. It was so irritating, I was tempted not to do business with them so as not to have to sit thru it each time I call, but Dr. Abrams has the best reputation in town. On a positive note, it was amazing! I’ve seldom experienced such over-the-top over-kill! ????
