Maria de Heras, Director of Operations

My name is Maria de Heras and I am the Director of Operations here at DLV Vision. I have been with DLV since 2016 and have been in management and healthcare for over 25 years. I started as a patient counselor and worked my way up to management in less than 2 years. In my spare time, you will find me running on trails, hiking to another peak, or racing an Ultra Marathon. I enjoy the outdoors! I also love to spend time with my family and grandchildren at our farm.
