Ron Zepeda serves as the Director of Outreach at DLV & ADV Vision, a role he has held for over eight years. He manages a growing referral network of approximately 300 Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. Under his leadership, the organization has experienced a consistent referral growth rate of roughly 20% year over year. Ron is currently focused on expanding into new markets to gain competitive market share, while also optimizing existing accounts to increase efficiency and performance.
In addition to market development, Ron is dedicated to strengthening internal operations. He is working to improve and standardize the Patient Counselor department and is actively involved in hiring and diversifying the team.
Before joining DLV Vision, Ron spent nearly 12 years at Johnson & Johnson. His early career in pharmaceutical sales in Texas was distinguished by numerous awards, including Rep of the Year and Presidents Club. In 2008, he transitioned into the medical device field with J&J Vision Care in Southern California, where he discovered a deep passion for the eye care industry and a long-term commitment to optometry.
