📌 Procedure Value: The average value of the LASIK procedure is $4,500, including preoperative care and six months of postoperative follow-ups.
📌 Medical Suitability: The winner’s eligibility for LASIK will be determined by DLV Vision’s medical team following a comprehensive eye evaluation.
📌 Non-Transferable: This award cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers or discounts.
